The line at your location, visible and measurable.

Reception issues a number. Each office calls its own queue. The lobby screen shows it large and says it out loud. At midnight the line clears and the metrics stay.

1 number
The printed ticket stays the same if the person moves to another office.
Per office
Each office has its own line and its own capacity for people being served.
Voice on
The call is always spoken. Lobby video sound is a separate control.
Midnight
Guatemala time. Open tickets leave the line and remain in that day's metrics.

A normal day

From the ticket to the closed day.

  1. 01

    Issue

Reception asks where the person is going, picks the office and prints the ticket from the browser.

  2. 02

    Call

The operator presses call next. The screen shows the number and says it. A repeat call does not issue a new number.

  3. 03

    Serve

When the person arrives, service starts. When it ends, the operator finishes — or finishes and calls the next one.

  4. 04

    Transfer

If they must continue at another office, the same number moves to the front of that line. No second ticket.

  5. 05

    Close the day

At midnight, tickets still waiting, called or in service are cancelled on the line. They are not deleted. Next morning each level starts numbering again.

Who uses it

Each person sees only their job.

People sign in with their email. The menu follows the role. An operator without an office cannot call tickets.

  • Reception

Picks the office, issues the ticket and controls whether the lobby video is heard.

  • Operator

Sees only their office. Calls, serves, repeats, transfers and finishes.

  • Supervisor

Reads metrics and can change how many people an office serves at once.

  • Administrator

Creates users, offices and lobby videos, and reads the same metrics.

  • Screen

The television account. Calls play on their own. It is not a desk login.

What the floor gets

The line, the voice and the record.

  • One active ticket per operator

While a ticket is called or in service, that operator cannot call another. If the office capacity is full, the system says the desks are busy.

  • Transfer keeps the number

Wait time and service time are counted per office visit, not on a single clock for the whole ticket.

  • Voice and video are separate

The spoken call cannot be muted from reception. Lobby video starts silent. Reception turns its sound on or off, and can rotate up to three videos or hold one.

  • Direct video file

Lobby video is an MP4 the administrator uploads, up to 80 MB. A YouTube or Drive link does not play on the screen.

  • Alerts on the operator desk

The operator enables browser alerts once, so a new ticket can be heard even in another tab. The system stays open.

  • Capacity is service, not accounts

Capacity is how many people can be served at the same time. It is not a limit on how many user accounts the office can have.

Metrics

Today, seven days or thirty.

Filter by office and by person. Download that same period as a CSV for Excel. Times are in minutes.

  • Issued, finished, still waiting, called, in service and no-shows.
  • Average wait and average service time.
  • The same summary per office, per person and per day.
  • A ticket counts as served when it was finished and records who called it.
