- Shared spaces, hours, and a booking tied to a house.
A month
From the house to the closed period.
01
Houses
Each house has a code, an owner, a WhatsApp number, and an email. Add them one by one or from a CSV.
02
Water
Record the meter for the month. The grid shows every house. A CSV can load many readings at once.
03
Charges
Fixed costs can repeat next month. Variable costs belong only to this period.
04
Front desk
A shared space has hours. A booking names the house, the date, and a contact. The desk can approve or cancel it.
05
Close the month
Consumption for the period and the house count stay on the metrics screen, next to the history.
Who uses it
The building, the desk, and a view-only seat.
People sign in with email. What they can change depends on the role in that condominium.
Administration
Houses, the team, readings, charges, and shared spaces.
Operations
Records readings, costs, and bookings.
View only
Sees the board, the houses, and the charges, without changing them.
What the building gets
Water, charges, and the desk in one place.
Houses and owners
A code, a name, WhatsApp, and email. One house at a time, or a CSV.
Meter readings
The month's reading in cubic meters, on a grid or a form. CSV for a batch.
The month's charges
A fixed cost can carry forward. A variable cost stays in that month.
Shared spaces
Set the hours. A booking asks for the house, the date, and a contact, then waits for approval.
Several condominiums
The same system holds more than one building. Each login opens only its own.
Put the building on one system.
Tell us how many houses you have, how you read the meters, and what the front desk books.
